I take great pride in my reputation for being quick and reliable when it comes to getting my clients compensated for their injuries. I assume full responsibility over a client’s case and relieve them of all the worry that comes with it. This includes coordinating the payment of outstanding medical bills, obtaining any and all associated employment benefits and ensuring that all questions are answered along the way. I also enjoy the investigative aspects of being a personal injury lawyer, where small cases turn into highly valuable ones, and that is where I excel beyond all of my opponents. Most importantly though, I help every client as if they were a close family member and I always go the extra mile to ensure they are compensated for their injuries.
A good example of the type of injuries we cover and how we handle those cases would be an instance where one of our clients had sustained a serious head injury in an auto accident. She was required to remain out of work for an extended period of time with her only means of income being short term disability benefits from her employer. It was imperative that she received those payments in a timely manner so that she wouldn’t fall behind on her bills. She received her first few payments on schedule, but one week she never received it. Not only was this unexpected, but it also caused her great distress. I immediately investigated the issue and discovered that her treating neurologist had not provided her employer with the necessary medical updates in time. I proceeded to drive to the neurologist’s office and met with a staff member in person, during which time we were able to come to an understanding regarding my client’s short term disability claim and what needed to happen going forward. My client never had another delay in getting paid again and she later sent me a message stating:
“Thank you so much for your help. I am so glad I chose you as my attorney. I would be so lost and confused without your guidance.”
I ensure that a case is always moving forward and that we are meeting clients’ needs every step of the way. If your medical provider is demanding payment of a medical bill, we talk to them and handle it for you. If you are in an auto accident and your insurer requires you to complete excessive amounts of paperwork, we fill it all out and process it for you. If you are in pain and unable to make it to an independent medical examination, we’ll even pick you up and drive there for you.
My entire adult life has been dedicated to serving others. I have a long history of helping, teaching, educating and protecting others in a variety of arenas, including personal injury law, volunteer leadership, and community fundraising. Serving others is “who I am” and the reason I became a personal injury lawyer.

Paralegal & Office Manager
Catherine A. Sutton, wife and best friend of attorney Jason T. Sutton, serves as the law firm’s paralegal and office manager. Catherine and Jason’s shared passion for serving others inevitably brought them together at Boston Cares, a non-profit volunteer organization, where they met for the first time serving as volunteer leaders for numerous charity events and volunteer opportunities throughout the Boston area. They have and continue to share business ventures, fun activities in and outside of the legal arena, and enjoy a wonderful family. She enjoys being involved in the public relations, marketing and educational aspects of the firm because of the opportunity to genuinely help, educate and meet with people in need.
Catherine’s incredible love for her country led her to serve in the United States Marine Corps for 6 years as a Legal Administration Clerk, during which time she was stationed at several locations including Japan, New York and California. She then went on to hold various positions as an educator and manager in public relations, marketing, and management in a variety of business arenas.
Catherine’s strong desire to serve the community earned her the Boston Cares Outstanding Volunteer Leadership Award in 2014 and has led numerous projects and has performed over 300 hours of volunteer work throughout Boston and surrounding towns. She was also honored as the CarMax Bright Side of Game Day Winner for her involvement in the community and designated Boston Cares as her charity of choice for the $10,000 award she received.
